面条在各国都是常见的主食之一，除了烹煮方便迅速，在口味和口感上也能做出许多不同的变化，不过「煮面」看似容易，其实也藏有一门深奥学问。以料理教学和美食介绍闻名的搜狐号《小干倩倩的游戏的美食》近日就点出煮面的诀窍，并直言大多数人都在「水煮开后才下面条」，难怪「煮的不好吃」。
该搜狐帐号在专栏发文表示，现代大多人的生活条件都不差，不需担心温饱问题，然而，很多人因工作耽搁，无法达到规律饮食，经常随便应付一餐，其中最容易料理的，便是随手来一碗面条。
该帐号接着指出，许多人在煮面时，都是先将锅中的水烧开，等水沸腾之后再将面条丢入，但其实这样煮出来的面并不美味，最正确的方式应该是在水快烧开时就要下面条，并在煮熟后把面捞出来，先过一遍冷水后，再回锅调味，这样整碗面才「够劲道」，口感也相当滑顺。
该帐号也提到，虽然煮面非常简单，但不该太过随意，有时对饮食挑剔一些、尽量做到完美，能让人们通过美食获得愉悦的感受，让人在精神层面得到享受，并发自心底感到满足。

Fill a large pan with plenty of water, place on the lid and bring it to the boil. Properly salt boiling water. Place in noodles and cook without a lid, stirring occasionally. Pour some noodle water into a container, to use it for the sauce later. Only cook noodles until they are firm to the bite.
Drain the noodle water and mix the pasta with the sauce immediately. Add some noodle water. Season with, for example, thyme and basil and garnish with a piece of butter.
