2023 AFI New College Grad Fellowship:
AFI- Alliance for Impact is a 501©(3) non-profit organization that collaborated with American Chinese for a better quality career, education, and life platform. AFI has more than 30,000 members. Programs include investment and carer education, startup assistance, business due diligence, public relationship development, and UN SDG sustainable impact projects.
Program Description：
6-month full-time term, Hybrid working (onside and remote), can sponsor OPT. The program can start immediately. Sponsorship for H1B is only considered for excellent contributors.
Compensation:
The fellowship is a subsidized leadership training program. With a scholarship of $1000/month. The program will include career communication and technical training, preparing the new graduates for a formal full-time position. The student must be able to travel to White Plains, NY or NYC office to work with the team. Students are responsible for transportation, food, and living expense.、
Qualifications:
- A recent college graduate who has a passion for making a social impact can apply
- Fellowship is six months. Excellent students can extend to one year.
- Co-Op interns approved by the college can apply.
- This program is a Full-time career entry practice, five days, and result-driven.
- Graduates from the fellowship will receive an AFI fellowship program certificate and internship recommendation letters.

Positions：
AFI Social Media and Editor Fellowship:
- Managethe Chinese version of publicity via social media platforms
- Excellent writing in Chinese, draft Wechat Articles, and seminar reviews.
- Create standard posters and draft emails and WeChat articles.
- Set up live video and manage the press.
- Fluent English and Chinese are required.
AFI Public Relationship and Marketing Fellowship:
- Manage English social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and youtube
- Excellent writing in English, draft blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
- Create standard posters and draft emails
- Fluent English is required. Chinese is not required.
AFI Technology Fellowship:
- Develop and maintain a few internal webpages
- Maintain the database and the IT system
- Software Development and coding skills are required
- WordPress experience and skills are preferred
Youth Leadership and Education Fellowship:
- Manage all the education partners for Viswise Academy
- Manage the program and summer camp promotion
- Work with the YEFA team to manage youth programs
- Work with the R&D department and develop new classes.
- A person who has experience mentoring high school students is preferred

Phone interviews and in-person interviews are required. We require a commitment of 6 months.The Fellowship program is very selective. Each position only hires one person. However, if you are not qualified and never have real work experience, but you need the first job to enter the career, you can apply to the Viswise Career Entry Intern Program(Corp Finance, Investment bank, Technology, and other), which is 3-6 months training that requires a supervisor/professional to coach and guide through a real project.
